How you'll make impact

You’ll drive scalable revenue growth across Airwallex’s business divisions by improving revenue systems, data, integrations, and automations.

• Partner with Revenue, Marketing, Data, and Product teams to shape scalable revenue-system design and translate complex business requirements into flexible solutions.

• Manage the go-to-market technology stack, support ad hoc queries, and train teams on best practices.

• Lead process-optimisation initiatives across the commercial organisation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and operational impact.

• Communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the CRO and Regional General Managers.

You’ll work from our San Francisco office three days a week.

What we're looking for

Essentials

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with demonstrated academic achievement.

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems design and administration, or IT transformations.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Permission Sets, and Object Schema.

• A strong ownership mentality and self-starter attitude — you’re resilient under pressure, comfortable navigating a global organisation, and ready to roll up your sleeves to identify and prioritise opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience working in a high-growth technology company.

• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce technology stack, including Apex, LWC, or Visualforce.

• Hands-on experience building with AI.

Growth at Airwallex is building a unified, AI-native growth system across product, sales, and marketing. Rather than applying AI to isolated tasks, we use customer context, machine learning, automation, and continuous learning to transform how Airwallex acquires, activates, converts, retains, and expands customers.

You’ll build high-traffic platforms, experimentation frameworks, and intelligent decision systems that turn signals—such as company profile, product usage, lifecycle stage, behavior, and intent—into personalized journeys, next-best actions, and measurable incremental value.

The work spans both human + AI and autonomous operating models: AI-native tools that increase the leverage of growth teams, alongside agentic workflows that can research opportunities, launch and optimize campaigns, orchestrate customer journeys, and measure outcomes within clear strategies and guardrails.

The challenge is to combine consumer-technology speed with the precision, trust, and regulatory complexity of global B2B finance. If you enjoy owning ambiguous problems end to end, prototyping quickly, measuring real business impact, and using every outcome to improve the next decision, you’ll help define how an AI-native global financial platform grows.
