Your role and responsibilities

This role is contributing to the Robotics Division, Proposal & Engineering Department in Italy.

Main stakeholders are:

Proposal Engineers
Mechanical Engineers
Electrical & Automation Engineers
Project Managers
Customers
System Integrators

You will be mainly accountable for:

Supporting the development of customized robotic and automation solutions for industrial customers.
Evaluating software architectures, automation concepts and technical feasibility during both quotation and project execution phases.
Contributing to the software lifecycle including requirements definition, design review, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated robotic, mechanical and software solutions that meet customer requirements.

Our team dynamics

You will join a highly skilled and collaborative Engineering & Proposal team focused on the development of robotic automation systems for manufacturing, welding, material handling and industrial process applications.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar technical field.
Experience in industrial automation, robotics software, PLC programming, SCADA systems or manufacturing automation applications.
Good understanding of software architectures, industrial communication protocols and system integration concepts.
Experience with robot programming, simulation tools, industrial networks and automation platforms is considered a strong advantage.
Ability to evaluate technical solutions, software effort and project risks during the proposal and engineering phases.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving attitude and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Fluent Italian and English.

Compensation Package

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico

Minimum annual salary: €39.000

Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
