Sales Executive (Central)

We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to join us as Sales Executive for our sales team in Central Region. In this role, you will build strong partnerships with our customers, promote our full portfolio, and ensure excellent execution across all outlets. If you enjoy engaging with people, anticipating customer needs, and creating impactful brand moments, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Drive outlet growth by identifying priority outlets, planning tailored sales activities, and ensuring each outlet receives the right product mix for its consumer profile.
• Execute in‑market initiatives such as product placements, displays, and tactical promotions to strengthen brand visibility and boost conversion at key touchpoints.
• Use data and insights to review outlet performance and propose targeted actions to improve sales results in your assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing activations, merchandising support, and customer requests, ensuring smooth operations and timely follow‑through.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc).
• Willing to relocate as required, would be an added advantage.
