Para KDB DOOR BUSINESS SPAIN SL, empresa del grupo KONE dedicada a puertas automaticas, Buscamos para nuestro departamento de Ventas en Barcelona un Asesor/a Comercial de Puertas.
Funciones:
- Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los clientes existentes, garantizando su satisfacción, fidelización y crecimiento a largo plazo.
- Administrar y ampliar la cartera de clientes mediante la venta de contratos de mantenimiento y soluciones digitales relacionadas con el negocio de Puertas.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de la cartera asignada, promoviendo servicios adicionales y nuevas soluciones que aporten valor al cliente.
- Realizar actividades de prospección orientadas a la identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro del mercado objetivo.
- Coordinar con los diferentes equipos de KDB la resolución de incidencias y garantizar una experiencia positiva para el cliente.
- Mantener actualizada la información de clientes y contactos en las herramientas corporativas.
- Contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, retención y crecimiento del negocio en la zona asignada.
