Como Sales Rep desempeñarás un rol clave para liderear el crecimiento de ventas y rentabilidad de la zona asignada, manejando las relaciones directas con los dueños, gerentes y/o directores de compras de nuestros socios comerciales. Esta posición se asegurará de crear y mantener relaciones de negocios exitosas de mediano y largo plazo. Alterno a la relación con nuestros socios comerciales, será un interlocutor activo de las necesidades del cliente con los equipos internos de 3M, siempre bajo el cumplimiento de los valores y la cultura de 3M.
Impacto que tendrá este rol:
- Creación y administración de planes promocionales para maximizar el Sell In y el Sell Out alineando la estrategia de las marcas de 3M con estrategias y planes del cliente.
- Coordinación con diferentes áreas para ejecución de planes comerciales (marketing, trade marketing, operaciones, etc.)
- Activo generador de nuevas oportunidades en el mercado para maximizar nuestras ventas en el canal.
- Control y manejo de P&L de clientes para maximizar rentabilidad.
- Generación, control y manejo de Joint Business Plan y KPI´s.
Las habilidades y experiencia que buscamos
- Licenciatura y/o Ingeniería terminada
- +3 años de experiencia manejando Mayoristas y distribuidores en los estados de Yucatán, Tabasco, Quinta Roo y Chiapas (Coma, Panadero, Corporación Sánchez, Abarrotes Monterrey, etc.)
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Licencia de manejo
Experiencia y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol:
- Experiencia comercial en empresas de consumo FMCG.
- Habilidades de negociación, análisis de la información y conocimientos sólidos de computación (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Orientado a resultados, juega para ganar, integridad, colaboración y autonomía forman parte del perfil requerido en este rol.
