Sales Representative needed for inbound customer retention calls in a project-based BPO environment.

What you’ll do
- Answer inbound retention calls: Maintain positive customer relationships, provide customer resolution/ education and negotiate using retention offers
- Retain customers in compliance with company guidelines and protocols
- Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, & trainings
- Attend cross-trainings and upskilling
What you’ll bring
