Position Summary:
You will sell specialty pharmaceutical treatments to healthcare professionals across a defined U.S. territory. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, clinic teams and allied health professionals. You will plan and execute territory strategies using data, insight and collaboration. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with high-potential prescribers and practice teams in your territory.
- Deliver clear, evidence-based customer conversations that support appropriate patient care.
- Use sales data and local insight to create and execute a territory business plan.
- Coordinate with colleagues across marketing, medical affairs, payer relations and field teams.
- Track activity, manage administrative tasks and comply with regulatory and company policies.
- Support educational programs and in-office presentations for healthcare teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory, which may include overnight stays. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills. Comfortable using CRM tools and standard office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet measurable targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling in specialty or primary care settings.
- Familiarity with payer systems, insurance formularies and prior authorization processes.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Clinical background or strong scientific literacy relevant to therapeutic areas. Strong territory planning and analytical skills. - Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Working Arrangement:
- This role is field based and hybrid in nature. Expect most time in the territory with remote work for administrative tasks and regular local team meetings. You will be expected to live within or near your assigned territory and travel regularly to customer sites.
