Sales Stage/Internship - (Dutch Speaking)

We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across both new and existing business. This internship is ideal for someone eager to start a career in sales, account management, or business development.

You’ll work closely with experienced Account Exectutives and account management professionals, helping us identify new opportunities while also supporting and growing relationships with existing customers. From prospecting and customer conversations to identifying growth opportunities within our customer base, you’ll get exposure to different parts of the commercial cycle and gradually take on more ownership.

Our customers are based in the BeNeLux and work entirely in Dutch.

Therefore, this role is exclusively open to candidates who:

• Speak Dutch fluently (written & spoken)

• Currently live in the Netherlands

• Internship position with a minimum of 4 months
  

What You’ll Do:

• Support both new business and existing customer growth

• Research and identify potential new customers and commercial opportunities

• Engage with prospects and existing customers through phone, email, and other sales channels

• Help identify customer needs, upsell opportunities, and potential areas for growth

• Support the sales and account management teams throughout different stages of the customer journey

• Follow up on commercial opportunities and help move them forward

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM tools

• Learn how to manage a commercial pipeline and work towards individual and team targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent Dutch speaker

• Based in the Netherlands, preferably Amsterdam

• Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset

• Confident and comfortable speaking with both prospects and existing customers

• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn

• Interest in sales, account management, or business development

• Motivated by targets, personal development, and achieving results
