This position is for shift 4 - 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday - Wednesday and every other Thursday.

Setup and operate multiple automated testing equipment for integrated optical parts.
Ensure quality standards are met by executing detailed testing processes.
Collaborate effectively with production and Test Engineering teams to communicate findings and troubleshoot issues.
Adhere strictly to documented procedures and specifications during testing.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, including transaction logging and reporting in real-time.
Inspect microelectronic components under a microscope to identify any damage.
Prioritize and meet testing schedules and goals in alignment with the PIC department.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude in maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment.

You have:

High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills (Emails and data entry)
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong attention to detail for inspecting microelectronic parts

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience with automated testing equipment
Familiarity with testing processes and quality standards
Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members
Problem-solving skills for minor troubleshooting of test tools
