Senior Accountant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Accountant based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of core accounting operations within a fast-growing, remote-first environment. You will manage activities spanning accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, cash reconciliation, employee expenses, and the general ledger. Working closely with senior finance leaders, you will help maintain accurate, audit-ready books and support a timely month-end close. The position combines hands-on accounting execution with opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and introduce automation. You will also play an active role in identifying practical ways to use AI and modern tools to reduce manual work and improve accuracy. With a small, collaborative finance team, you will have meaningful ownership, direct access to decision-makers, and room to grow as the organization scales.
