• Review and investigate invoice validation exceptions, NAV allocation variances, recharge discrepancies, FX differences, and reporting breaks, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

• Manage monthly intercompany recharge and cash transfer processes, including preparation, validation, submission, reconciliation, and resolution of intercompany breaks.

• Execute & review fund, entity, pack, & project cost allocations, ensuring charges are allocated accurately in accordance with approved allocation methodologies, budgets, & supporting records.

• Perform end-to-end invoice validation and processing, including review of supporting documentation, validation of charges against contractual agreements, investigation of discrepancies, and resolution of supplier and stakeholder queries.

• Own and ensure timely completion of all IME operational activities within agreed SLAs, maintaining high levels of accuracy and control.

• Perform detailed financial reconciliations across invoices, payments, transfers, accruals, recharge activities, fund allocations, and ledger balances, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.

• Liaise with AP, Procurement, Finance, Budget Owners, Fund Accounting, & external suppliers to resolve payment issues, invoice queries, supplier setup issues, & operational challenges.

·       Ensure daily production operates within SLA by undertaking and completing assigned tasks on time

• Raising Purchase orders as per estimates and seeking approvals

• Mailbox Management -  Keeping a track of emails received , addressing all queries and Adhoc items, tidying up the IC_Oversight mailbox monthly by moving the completed emails to the respective folders.

·       Ensure all Financial Control procedures are followed, adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements as defined for the team.

·       Handle the problems or queries promptly and accurately, referring complex enquires or complaints for assistance.

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of activities such as Consolidation and Reporting Monthly MI, Reconciliation , Quarterly MI .

• Ensure that procedures and controls are well documented.

• Promote a robust risk and control culture by actively managing risks and issues and ensuring timely resolution of control deficiencies, agreed actions, and control failures.
