AI in this role
Owns the industry analyst relations program focusing on enterprise AI research, advisory firms, and market positioning.
About the Role
Glean is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst Relations Manager to own our industry analyst relations program. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you'll be the primary driver of how Glean engages with the research and advisory firms that increasingly shape enterprise AI buying decisions — including Gartner, Forrester, IDC, 451 Research/S&P Global, and emerging firms covering the AI and enterprise search markets.
You'll manage Glean's participation in major evaluations like the Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, and IDC MarketScape; run the day-to-day briefing and inquiry calendar; and build durable, trusted relationships with the analysts who cover Glean. This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives on ownership, organization, and translating product substance into a sharp external narrative.
You Will:
- Schedule, prepare, and run analyst briefings, inquiries, and advisory engagements with top-tier and emerging research firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, 451 Research/S&P Global, Everest Group, Omdia, Futurum, and others).
- Lead Glean's participation in major industry evaluations — including Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDC MarketScapes — managing RFI/questionnaire responses, coordinating input across Product, Product Marketing, and executives, and fact-checking draft analyst profiles before publication.
- Identify and prepare the right internal spokesperson for each engagement (executive overview, product deep-dive/demo, or technical briefing), and own supporting briefing materials and talk tracks.
- Build and execute AR plans tied to major launches and company moments, including analyst objectives, target lists, briefing cadence, and success metrics.
- Manage analyst firm subscriptions and contracts (seats, renewals, access tiers), serving as Glean's primary point of contact for Gartner, IDC, and other research-firm account teams.
- Serve as the face of Glean to the analyst community — managing relationships proactively, ensuring smooth handoffs during internal personnel transitions, and responding promptly to inbound analyst requests.
- Conduct ongoing research on the analyst and competitive landscape to keep target analyst lists and firm coverage maps current.
- Coordinate analyst participation and logistics at major company and industry events (e.g., Glean:GO, AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud Next), including invite lists and on-site hosting.
- Draft and distribute analyst-facing communications, including newsletters, product announcement updates, and briefing recaps.
- Track and report on AR program outcomes — report mentions, positioning, and briefing/inquiry volume — to Product Marketing and Communications leadership.
About You:
- 6+ years of experience in analyst relations, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology/AI.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record managing end-to-end participation in major analyst evaluations (Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape, or equivalent).
- Existing familiarity with — or a demonstrated ability to quickly build relationships with — analysts at Gartner, Forrester, IDC, 451 Research/S&P Global, and emerging research firms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product and technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for analyst audiences.
- Highly organized program/project manager who can juggle multiple deadline-driven submission cycles, briefing calendars, and cross-functional stakeholders without dropping details.
- Comfortable prepping and coaching executives and other spokespeople for high-stakes analyst conversations.
- A proactive, low-ego operator who can run a program independently while partnering closely with Product Marketing, Communications, Product, and executive stakeholders
Location:
- This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Mountain View or San Francisco office).
- Occasional travel required for in-person analyst meetings, briefings, and industry events (e.g., Gartner Symposium, major conferences).

Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: AI agents, Analyst Relations, Communications, Enterprise AI, and Market Research. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
