Somos PwC Argentina, firma líder en el mercado de servicios de Auditoría, Consultoría, Asesoramiento Impositivo, Legal y Outsourcing. Contamos con 7 oficinas distribuidas en Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Mendoza y Rosario donde atendemos las necesidades de nuestros clientes locales y, a través de nuestro Acceleration Center, exportamos conocimientos a la red global de PwC principalmente a Estados Unidos y Europa.

​En PwC buscamos un/a líder de IA para explorar, diseñar y aplicar soluciones de inteligencia artificial generativa y machine learning en proyectos de transformación digital compleja.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y prototipar soluciones IA desde cero, enfocadas en productividad, automatización y compliance.

  • Liderar iniciativas multi-agente aplicadas a sistemas distribuidos y procesos de negocio.

  • Evaluar e integrar herramientas IA open-source y comerciales (OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.).

Requisitos y conocimientos:

  • Experiencia sólida en IA, LLMs y flujos de datos inteligentes.

  • Dominio de frameworks de integración de agentes IA (LangGraph, CrewAI).

  • Capacidad para traducir problemas complejos en soluciones modulares y comprensibles.

  • Autonomía y visión estratégica.

  • Inglés avanzado.

  • Acompañar procesos de exploración técnica con clientes, traduciendo necesidades funcionales en soluciones IA accionables.

  • Perfil senior, con más de 5 años en IA/ML, de los cuales al menos 5 años trabajando con modelos generativos o LLM.
