JOB TITLE
Senior Associate, Marketing | MAF Properties | Head Office

ROLE SUMMARY
Supports the execution of AMBU’s branding and communication initiatives across assigned assets and markets. Implements developed brand strategies, campaigns, and content in line with brand guidelines, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery across all touchpoints. Works closely with Brand Managers, Digital teams, asset stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver branding materials and campaign assets that support brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial objectives.

ROLE PROFILE

• Execute branding campaigns, initiatives, and content rollouts across assigned assets and markets.
• Coordinate production and delivery of branding materials, including creatives, copy, toolkits, and templates.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and tone of voice.
• Localize brand campaigns and content to meet asset and market requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Support campaign rollout, quality control, and brand compliance audits across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Maintain brand assets, content libraries, trackers, calendars, and campaign documentation.
• Support reporting, budget tracking, invoice processing, and administrative coordination for branding initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in branding, marketing coordination, or content execution.
• Experience in retail, real estate, hospitality, or other consumer-facing industries is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, stakeholder-focused, and committed to brand consistency and quality.
