Deine Aufgaben bei uns im Team:

Berate Kund:innen bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von AI- und Generative-AI-Lösungen im SAP-Umfeld
Entwickle AI-Anwendungen, intelligente Assistenten und Agentic-AI-Lösungen auf Basis konkreter Business-Anforderungen
Konzipiere und implementiere Lösungen auf der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) und integriere AI Services in bestehende SAP-Landschaften
Entwickle und integriere Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents und APIs
Verbinde SAP-Lösungen wie S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP Datasphere oder SAP HANA Cloud mit AI-Services und Anwendungen
Entwickle mit Python und modernen AI-Frameworks Prototypen, Proof-of-Concepts und produktionsreife Lösungen
Analysiere fachliche und technische Anforderungen und übersetze diese gemeinsam mit Kund:innen und Projektteams in umsetzbare AI-Lösungskonzepte
Unterstütze bei Architektur, Testing, Deployment und Weiterentwicklung von AI-Lösungen in SAP-Kundenlandschaften
Arbeite in interdisziplinären Teams mit SAP-Berater:innen, Data Engineers, Architekt:innen und Kund:innen zusammen

Das spricht dich an? Dann freuen wir uns, wenn du folgende Skills und Eigenschaften mitbringst:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Software Engineering, SAP Technology, Data oder Artificial Intelligence
Erfahrung mit SAP BTP und gutes Verständnis moderner SAP-Systemarchitekturen
Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit APIs und Cloud-Technologien
Praktische Erfahrung mit Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG und idealerweise Agentic AI
Erfahrung mit SAP AI Core, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Datasphere oder SAP Joule ist von Vorteil
Erfahrung mit AI-Technologien und Frameworks wie Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, LangChain oder vergleichbaren Lösungen ist von Vorteil
Verständnis für Security, Datenschutz, Berechtigungen und Responsible AI im Enterprise-Umfeld
Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, innovative Technologien in konkrete Kund:innenlösungen zu übersetzen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Dein jährliches Jahresbruttogehalt liegt bei mindestens EUR 60.900 (all-in) für einen Senior Associate auf Vollzeitbasis. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt im persönlichen Gespräch. Du hast mehr als das Minimum zu bieten? Wir auch. Bei uns steigt dein Gehalt jährlich.
