About the Role
As a Senior Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking, you’ll play a key role in helping to providing customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital. They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level. This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ.
You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

Role Location: 274 Great Eastern Hwy, Midland WA 6056
Work Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours/ Week)
This role may involve rostered Saturday shifts to support branch operating hours and customer demand.

• Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer focused role
• Significant experience in financial services, preferably within the retail banking sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and coaching capabilities
• Experience in being an influential user and promoter of technology
• Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills. At ANZ a growth mindset is at the heart of our culture, so if you have most of these things in your toolbox, we’d love to hear from you.
