Senior CIB Lending Operations Administration Representative

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior CIB Operations Administration Representative

In this role, you will:

• Perform a wide range of moderately complex to complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks related to Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) lending operations
• Support complex loan administration activities, including transaction processing, documentation review, exception handling, data validation, and operational issue resolution
• Review and analyze lending documentation, system data, and operational outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to procedures and controls
• Resolve escalated operational issues and provide guidance on non-routine matters within established procedures
• Serve as a subject matter resource for lending administration processes, operational frameworks, and control activities to less experienced individuals
• Support less experienced lending operations administration representatives in providing resolutions of inquiries and issues
• Support implementation of new or revised processes, tools, procedures, and control activities; identify trends, root causes, control gaps, and process improvement opportunities with functional area impact
• Partner with immediate team members, functional colleagues, internal peers, and stakeholders outside the work group to support operational objectives
• Contribute to overall team effectiveness, service quality, and control integrity
• Interact with internal customers

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of banking operations, finance, credit, or related support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
