This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Guadalajara, Mexico office as needed. Candidates must be based in Guadalajara.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Senior Data Analysts turn data into the decisions that keep the company secure and running well. You will analyze security, operational, and business data to surface insight, quantify risk, and give the teams you support the evidence they need to act. Your analysis directly shapes how leaders understand and respond to what the data is telling them.

This is a high-impact analytics role. You will build the reports, dashboards, and analyses that make complex security and operational data understandable and actionable, dig into questions that matter, and help the organization measure what's working. As AI reshapes both the threat landscape and how we work, your analysis helps the team see clearly and prioritize.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Analyze security, operational, and business data to surface insight, quantify risk, and answer the questions that matter.

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that make complex data clear and actionable for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Partner with security, IT, and business stakeholders to define metrics and measure what's working.

• Investigate anomalies and trends in the data, translating findings into clear recommendations.

• Improve data quality and the analytical models behind the metrics you own.
• Communicate findings crisply, turning analysis into decisions leaders can act on.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an experienced analyst who turns messy data into clear, trustworthy insight and communicates it in a way that drives action. You are rigorous with data and thoughtful about how you present it.

THE TEAM:

The Salesloft Security and data organization protects and governs the data the company and its customers depend on, and Senior Data Analysts turn that data into insight and decisions. The team works closely with Security, IT, and business stakeholders.

The team Moves as One — analysts, security, IT, and business partners share ownership of data-driven decisions and coordinate directly. And we are relentlessly Customer Inspired: our customers' success is the only scorecard that matters, and clear, honest analysis of security and operational data is part of how we protect the company and its customers.

THE SKILL SET:

• Strong experience as a data analyst, with a track record of turning data into actionable insight.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI and data visualization tools, Sigma experience a plus (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with rigor around data quality and interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make complex data clear to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to define metrics and answer business questions.
• Experience analyzing security, risk, or operational data.
• Proficiency in Python or R for deeper analysis preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and modern warehouse/lakehouse tooling.
