Wir suchen Dich als Senior Implementation Engineer als Unterstützung für das Technical Onboarding Team in Berlin. Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für unsere komplexesten Implementierungen des KI-basierten Telefonassistenten und stellst sicher, dass Praxen und Krankenhäuser ein effizientes, zuverlässiges und nachhaltiges Onboarding-Erlebnis haben. Als technischer Sparring Partner im Team entwickelst Du Standards, Prozesse und Lösungen, die unser Onboarding skalierbarer machen – und wirkst mit Deinen Verbesserungen weit über den eigenen Bereich hinaus.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst technisch anspruchsvolle Installationen und Konfigurationen des KI-gestützten Telefon Assistenten bei Key Accounts – inklusive komplexer Telefonanlagen und Eskalationsfälle, und sorgst so für eine konsistent gute Onboarding-Journey unserer Kund:innen.
- Du treibst unsere Multi-Onboarding-Strategie voran und verantwortest mittelfristig auch das Onboarding unseres Kalenders und unserer All-in-One Praxissoftware – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Technical Onboarding Teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Du bist die primäre technische Ansprechperson für Key Accounts, deren IT sowie für Key Account Manager:innen und pflegst aktiv die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern aus Sales, Deployment und Product.
- Wissenstransfer & Coaching: Du coachst Kolleg:innen, teilst Dein Know-how proaktiv und definierst Best Practices, Playbooks und Trainingsmaterialien – für ein höheres technisches Niveau und mehr Konsistenz im gesamten Team.
- Projektmanagement: Du initiierst und leitest eigenständig cross-funktionale Projekte zur Prozessverbesserung und treibst den gezielten Einsatz von KI-Tools voran, um repetitive Aufgaben zu automatisieren und Kapazitäten für das Wesentliche freizusetzen: unsere Kund:innen und ihre Patient:innen.
- Du nutzt operative Daten und Kundenfeedback, um Verbesserungen in Produkt und Prozess voranzutreiben – z. B. in Feedback Loops mit Tech und Product.

Um Teil unseres Teams zu werden, bringst Du Folgendes mit:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Onboarding oder Technical Support mit komplexen Systemen – idealerweise mit Telefonanlagen oder vergleichbarer Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur
- Erfahrung in der direkten Kundenbetreuung sowie im Stakeholder Management mit externen Ansprechpartner:innen und internen Teams
- Eigenständige Lernbereitschaft und nachweislicher Impact bei Prozess- und Projektverantwortung
- Erfahrung im aktiven Einsatz von KI-Tools und in der Förderung ihrer sinnvollen Nutzung im Team
- Fließendes Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (mind. B2)
