The Accounting team at Lambda owns the integrity of our financial statements as the company scales at extraordinary speed across a growing number of legal entities, currencies, and business lines. As Lambda prepares for the rigor of being a public company, this team is building the consolidation processes, systems, and controls that will support that next chapter — accurately, efficiently, and at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end intercompany transactions across all legal entities, including the full cycle of intercompany from recording, reconciliation, eliminations, to settlements of intercompany transactions such as management fees, transfer pricing, capital injections, cost allocations, loans, royalties, and inventory / fixed asset / service transfers, etc.

  • Maintain intercompany policies, procedures, and process documentation, and ensure consistent treatment across entities. Design, document, and continuously improve the intercompany accounting policy.

  • Serve as the business process owner for NetSuite intercompany accounting to ensure proper elimination at the right levels for consolidation. Partnering with Financial Systems on configuration, enhancements, and automating world-wide intercompany processes.

  • Partner with Tax team to support intercompany transfer pricing policies and dispute-resolution workflows between entities.

  • Partner with Treasury team to support entity forming, capital injection, on-going intercompany settlements, etc.

  • Act as the interface between Accounting Operations, Technical Accounting, and Financial Systems to ensure consolidation requirements are reflected in system design.

  • Serve as SOX control owner for intercompany-related controls; ensure controls are properly designed, evidenced, and operating effectively, and partner with Internal Audit and external auditors on testing.

  • Manage statutory reporting requirements and local GAAP-to-US GAAP adjustments across international subsidiaries, in partnership with local finance teams and external advisors.

  • Help build IPO-ready consolidation infrastructure.

  • Support the year-end audit by preparing consolidation-related audit deliverables and serving as a key point of contact for auditors on consolidation matters.

You

  • 5+ years of progressive intercompany accounting experience, including significant time in the consolidations of international corporations with multi-entities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld. Extensive experience with NetSuite Advanced Intercompany Module, and automated Elimination is a strong plus.

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge of consolidation principles under US GAAP (ASC 810, ASC 830 foreign currency, ASC 805 business combinations as applicable).

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Technical Accounting, Accounting Operations, FP&A, Tax, and Financial Systems teams.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex consolidation and technical accounting concepts to non-accounting stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes.

Nice to Have

  • CPA preferred.

  • Prior experience at a company that scaled through an IPO or was preparing for one (S-1 process, auditor readiness, public company reporting timelines).

  • Experience with consolidation or close automation tools (e.g., Coupa, BlackLine, Pigment, Workday integrated with NetSuite).

  • Experience with multi-currency, multi-entity structures spanning international subsidiaries and local statutory reporting.

  • Experience with equity accounting for non-controlling interests, joint ventures, or variable interest entities.

  • Experience in a capital-intensive or infrastructure-heavy business (e.g., data centers,

  • cloud infrastructure, hardware).
