Team mission

The Supply Optimization & Connectivity team is a major contributor to GetYourGuide’s mission by leading existing supplier growth.  We partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and operationalize programs that drive incremental growth from existing supply.  We bring insights and expertise that help set our strategic direction and translate strategy into results.

We optimize supply growth via multiple operational and product-led levers such as securing more availability, providing suppliers with tools and insights to maximize their growth, and rewarding the right supplier behaviors.

Your mission

• Identify category-specific optimization levers for guided experiences
• Leverage data and insights to identify new optimization levers, shape and lead initiatives that turn strategy into business impact
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies for increasing the revenue generation from existing inventory.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure seamless and successful execution of initiatives.
• Data-driven insights: Conduct data analyses to identify trends and opportunities for inventory growth, engaging with senior-level stakeholders (directors, VPs, and C-level executives).
• Innovation and Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance our inventory growth tactics and playbooks, driving innovation.
• Entrepreneurial Impact: Leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to think about scaled implementation and optimization of initiatives within a dynamic startup environment.

Your toolkit

• You've got 4+ years in management consulting or 7+ years in Operations, Strategy, or Marketing within a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thought leadership: ability to set direction for your area in ambiguous environments, define what "good" looks like, and translate strategy into initiatives
• Skilled at data-driven discovery: you ask the right questions, know where to look for data, spot the root cause behind a symptom, and document clearly.
• A strong communicator who can move between Sales, Ops, and technical teams without losing anyone.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity: priorities will shift, ownership is sometimes shared, and the role is expected to embrace it.
• Organised and dependable: things don't fall through the cracks with you.

Extras that give you an edge

• Marketplace or two-sided platform background with exposure to supply-side dynamics.
• Strategy consulting or similar experience.
• Travel, tourism, or experiences industry experience.
• Experience with rigorous data analysis, especially SQL
