The CoE partners across Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Technology, Data, and regional teams to improve customer and seller journeys, enable scalable execution, and accelerate commercial outcomes through process excellence, technology innovation, and AI-enabled automation.

We are seeking a full-time Senior Manager to lead global process improvement initiatives across the customer and seller journey by translating business pain points into scalable operating models, workflows, governance, product enhancements, and automation solutions. This role is accountable for delivering measurable improvements in speed, quality, seller experience, adoption, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Global Sales Process Transformation (50%)

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across the CMS customer & seller journey, including lead management, deal structuring, contracting, account growth, etc.
  • Assess current-state processes, seller pain points, handoffs, controls, and system dependencies; design future-state journeys that reduce friction and improve customer and seller experience.
  • Develop scalable global standards, operating models, governance frameworks, roles and responsibilities, AI-ready process documentation, and service-level expectations.
  • Partner with business units and regions to scale proven practices globally while accommodating legitimate market, regulatory, and product requirements.
  • Establish continuous improvement mechanisms and feedback loops that identify bottlenecks, rework, manual effort, and opportunities for simplification.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, seller productivity, process adoption, and time to revenue.

2. Lead CMS Sales Product Ownership & Program Delivery (25%)

  • Act as CMS business product owner for sales process tools, platforms, and workflow capabilities, with accountability for the seller experience and intended business outcomes.
  • Build and manage roadmaps that connect business priorities, seller needs, process dependencies, and technology investments.
  • Translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, success measures, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Lead cross-functional programs from discovery and design through UAT, testing, launch, adoption, and post-launch improvement.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Technology, Data, and regional stakeholders to resolve dependencies and maintain delivery momentum.

3. Advance AI & Automation Integration (15%)

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI and automation into sales workflows, reduce repetitive manual work, improve decision support, and enable sellers to focus more time on clients.
  • Design workflow solutions using relevant tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics CRM, Copilot Studio, Claude Code, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, and n8n, as appropriate.
  • Partner with technology, engineering, security, and data teams to move use cases from concept to scalable production solutions.
  • Prototype and test solutions where appropriate, while ensuring sound architecture, security, controls, and responsible AI practices.
  • Drive user trust and adoption through transparency, practical guidance, human oversight, change management, and ongoing performance monitoring.

4. Strengthen Data Analysis & Reporting (10%)

  • Define KPIs, baselines, targets, and measurement frameworks that connect process improvements with seller, operational, and commercial outcomes.
  • Analyze operational data and user feedback to identify bottlenecks, quality gaps, adoption barriers, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop concise executive reporting and dashboards covering delivery progress, process performance, adoption, quality, efficiency, and realized business impact.
  • Use insights to prioritize the roadmap, challenge low-value activities, and inform investment and governance decisions.

Skills and AI tools this role asks for

Questions you could be asked

  1. How do you think about the risk of an AI system in this kind of role failing silently?
  2. Walk me through how you've used Claude in your day-to-day work.
  3. What are the limits of Copilot that you've run into, and how did you work around them?
  4. What's a project where you used N8n hands-on?
  5. Walk me through how you've used Claude Code in your day-to-day work.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: AI Safety, Claude, Copilot, N8n, and Claude Code. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
  • Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list — this role treats it as a required part of the job.
