Are you a results-driven operations leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and solving complex challenges at scale? We are looking for a Senior Manager, Operations to lead a fulfillment center function, driving safety, people development, and operational performance across a large and dynamic workforce. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for your area of the business, translating data into action and building the systems and talent pipelines needed to deliver for customers every day. You will partner across functions to remove barriers, improve processes, and create an environment where associates and leaders alike can do their best work.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of safety, quality, and operational performance for your function, setting clear expectations and holding your leadership team accountable for results across shifts and departments.
- Build and develop a strong bench of leaders through continuous coaching, actionable feedback, and targeted development plans that accelerate career growth for your team.
- Analyze key performance indicators and operational data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and implement scalable solutions that drive sustained improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in finance, human resources, safety, engineering, and technology to plan and execute strategic initiatives that support site and network goals.
- Design and implement mechanisms that balance immediate operational needs with longer-term process improvements, ensuring your team is prepared for peak volume and changing business demands.

A day in the life
You start your day reviewing overnight safety and performance metrics, then walk the floor to observe operations firsthand and connect with frontline leaders. From there, you may lead a deep-dive into a process bottleneck, coach an emerging manager through a difficult staffing decision, or align with cross-functional partners on an upcoming initiative. You balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving, always keeping your team's development and associate experience at the center of your decisions.

Basic qualifications

- Experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in significant team leadership from a managerial position in the transportation delivery industry, or a similar logistics environment
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics

Preferred qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
