What’s Yonder?
“It's as if Time Out, Amex and Monzo had a baby” - Will T, Yonder Member
We’re building the financial membership of the future. One that works for how you live now. Not how your parents banked in the ‘90s.
Yonder combines credit or debit in one membership, designed to be fair, flexible, and actually enjoyable to use. No confusing terms. No dusty points system. Just rewards that actually feel rewarding - from bao to beer to a boarding pass.
Sounds cool. What’s my part in this?
Over the last year we've added a debit card, a free membership tier, hundreds of new independent partners around the country, countless product improvements and our personal favourite, Yonder Hotels, a new way to use Yonder points on hotels around the world. We've maintained a 4.5 TrustPilot rating and our customers really love us (and we love them back... hi!).
Over the last few years, we’ve grown from just an idea to a beautiful, fully regulated financial product that our members absolutely love - especially the support we provide them.
Experiences bring our product to life. Whether it's a city break, a ski trip, a sold-out gig or a West End opening night, our members trust us to curate Experiences that help them live financially rewarding lives.
What you'll do
We're looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to own Yonder's Travel & Entertainment category. You'll inherit an established book of partners, own the category plan and its revenue target, and lead new business across travel brands (OTAs, tour operators, hotel groups, airlines, holiday providers) and entertainment brands (ticketing platforms, promoters, venues, theatres and attractions).
You'll work closely with our SDR and Partner Success Manager, and you'll be accountable for the spend and revenue the category drives through our partner rewards network. You'll be speaking to everyone from SMB owner-directors to C-suite decision makers at some of the world's largest Travel & Entertainment brands
Owning the Travel & Entertainment category plan: where we play, which brands we go after, and how we hit the number
Growing our existing book of Travel & Entertainment partners, finding upsell and optimising performance through the booking calendar, from January booking season to summer peaks and the festive period
Identifying brand targets and decision makers, and designing the right messaging to open the door and build the relationship
Closing deals with a targeted, ICP-led approach, from SMB through to enterprise
Structuring commercial deals that work for both sides, whether that's a commission-based travel partnership, an affiliate network deal, or an access deal in entertainment such as presales, hospitality packages and member-only allocations
Developing a deep understanding of the problems travel and entertainment brands are trying to solve, and building new value props and commercial structures that drive incremental revenue
Analysing campaign performance, optimising partner campaigns, and reporting on how the category is performing to the leadership team and the wider business
You're a great fit if you
✅ Are a natural hunter who also knows how to grow an account. You get a real kick out of finding the right brand, crafting the right message and turning a cold lead into a partnership. You're just as good at taking an existing partner and making it bigger. You've built pipeline from scratch, you know how to manage volume without losing quality, and you want a place where that drive is matched and rewarded.
✅ Own a number. You've carried a revenue or commercial target before, and you know how to plan a category, prioritise your time and forecast honestly.
✅ Are resilient and keeps going when it's tough. You don't need external motivation to dust yourself off and go again. You set your own bar, and it's high.
✅ Sell from the heart, not a script. You believe in what you're selling, and it shows. You build real relationships with the brands you bring on because you care about their success, not just closing the deal.
✅ Back your own instincts but is hungry to keep learning. You spot an opportunity and move without waiting to be told. You're equally comfortable being challenged, taking feedback on board and evolving how you work.
✅ Are a team player who makes the room better. Our team is the most important thing we have at Yonder. We want someone who lifts others, shares what's working and brings positive energy.
✅ Have strong commercial acumen. You think like a business owner, not just a salesperson. Your deals have a direct impact on our P&L, so you'll need to hold your own in those conversations: margin, commission rates, costs, value exchange, and what a good deal looks like for both sides.
✅ Know travel or entertainment. You've worked in or alongside travel (OTAs, tour operators, hotels, airlines, travel tech or affiliate) or entertainment (ticketing, live events, venues, theatre, attractions). Experience in one is great, and both is a bonus. You understand how these businesses make money, how they think about acquisition and loyalty, and who makes the
You won't be a great fit if you
👎 Want to do it all yourself. Our SDR opens doors and our Partner Success Manager keeps partners running smoothly. Your job is to point them at the right brands, close the deals and make the three of you work as one team.
👎 Want an outbound or account management role. You’ll be the one in the room with decision makers, structuring commercial deals from SMB to enterprise and owning the category number.
👎 You’d rather close the deal and walk away. Partner Success handles the day to day, but you still own the commercial relationship with your biggest partners: performance, upsell and renewals.
👎 Rather someone else to set the plan. You’ll own the Travel & Entertainment category plan and its revenue target, and decide where we play.
👎 Need a household-name brand and a big marketing budget behind every pitch. You’re selling a fast-growing membership, so your story and your commercials have to do the work.
👎Take any deal to hit the number. Our members trust us to curate their Experiences, so a partnership has to be right for them, not just for the target.
