(Senior) Product Manager - (Logistics, Customer Choice)

Test fast. Learn faster. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the demand management solutions that keep ordering smooth when delivery capacity is stretched. You’ll work hands-on with Engineering and Data Science to turn real-time fleet saturation signals into product decisions that lift peak-time conversion and reduce cancellations. You’re accountable for execution as much as strategy, bringing Operations, regional teams, and engineers along as features go live.

We are building the Choice products that decide which options customers see, balancing real-time fleet saturation with customer intent so logistical saturation doesn't get in the way of ordering. 

In our Logistics Team, you'll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

• Own the roadmap for demand management solutions that balance fleet capacity with customer ordering.

• Take features from idea to launch with Engineering, writing clear requirements and prioritizing the backlog.

• Partner with Data Science to shape and evaluate models and AI-driven configurations that replace manual operational settings.

• Run experiments and track conversion, cancellation, and fleet saturation metrics to decide what ships next.

• Align Operations, regional product teams, and engineers on priorities, trade-offs, and timelines throughout delivery.

• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the services we use are being consumed and to understand the end-to-end impact.

• Product management experience, ideally in marketplace, logistics, or e-commerce environments.

• A track record of managing stakeholders through execution and aligning diverse teams on complex initiatives.

• Hands-on ownership: you're comfortable working through details with engineers, including APIs and system behavior.

• Comfort using data to define success measures and assess impact.

• Experience working with data scientists, plus a working understanding of ML concepts and experimentation frameworks.

• Ability to manage several competing priorities when operational conditions change quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, delivery, or other supply-and-demand balancing problems.

• Experience building internal tools for operations teams.

• Exposure to rules engines, ranking, or personalization systems.

• Experience launching AI-driven product features.
