A world-class rewards program requires a world-class funder experience — the ability to set up campaigns intelligently, measure ROI precisely, and enable any type of funder to easily use it.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end funder experience for Amazon Pay Rewards. In this role, you will reimagine the Rewards Console as a GenAI-forward platform that enables intelligent, hands-off campaign setup across discounts and Cashbacks; build the measurement infrastructure that proves the ROI of every rupee invested; and architect the path to externalize the platform for brands and funders at scale.

This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity role requiring you to think big, dive deep into data, and deliver results across a complex ecosystem spanning payments, shopping, and merchant partnerships.

• GenAI-Forward Rewards Console — Reimagine the Rewards Console as an AI-native platform enabling intelligent, hands-off campaign creation and configuration across IBD and Cashback Rewards
• ROI Measurement & Investment Intelligence — Establish the ROI framework for all rewards investments, building automated systems to track, attribute, and report campaign performance to funders and internal stakeholders
• Platform Externalization for Brands & Funders — Architect and execute the strategy to externalize the Rewards platform, enabling brands, banks, and third-party funders to self-serve campaign creation, funding, and performance tracking at scale
• Campaign Lifecycle & Operations — Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from creation to approval to live monitoring to post-campaign analysis across IBD and Cashback Rewards
• Cross-functional Leadership — Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and business partners to deliver against an ambitious roadmap
• Metrics & Experimentation — Define the Rewards Console and advertiser experience scorecard and own weekly/monthly business reviews

About the team
The Amazon Pay Rewards Console & Advertiser Experience team builds the platform that powers India's largest rewards ecosystem. Every cashback campaign, every bank discount offer, every brand-funded reward flows through our systems. We serve a diverse set of users — from internal BizOps teams running hundreds of campaigns monthly, to bank partners funding instant discounts, to brands looking to drive customer engagement through rewards.

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
