AI in this role
Manage contractor operations, vendor agreements, and lab coordination for a high-assurance hardware security program.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role. You will consolidate contractor hiring and management, own vendor and license agreements, and serve as the operational backbone that lets our senior engineers stay focused on delivery. You will be the connective tissue across engineering, supply chain, security, and external manufacturing partners — removing friction and reducing key-person dependencies on a fast-moving classified program.
You will own the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, manage vendor and license agreements, coordinate contract manufacturing (including onboarding a new contract manufacturer), and serve as the lab owner. Your success is measured by smooth operational execution, reduced administrative load on engineering leads, and reliable delivery of contractor and manufacturing support as the program scales toward production.
