In dieser Position gestalten Sie die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Servicepartnern und internen Fachbereichen und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe.

Das Arbeitszeitmodell für diese Position ist: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)
Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:
- Verantwortung für die Pflege, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der Produktstammdaten im Servicebereich sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität in ADB, MDM und SAP
- Koordination und Betreuung externer Servicepartner einschließlich Serviceauftragssteuerung, Personalplanung, Leistungsprüfung und Rechnungsfreigabe
- Erstellung und Abstimmung von Serviceverträgen, Bedarfsanforderungen, Verrechnungssätzen sowie weiteren kaufmännischen Unterlagen mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
- Planung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung von produktspezifischen Kundenseminaren und Trainings unter Berücksichtigung technischer und kaufmännischer Anforderungen
- Eigenständige Abwicklung von Serviceaufträgen und Angeboten einschließlich Lieferscheinerstellung, Rechnungsstellung und Bearbeitung offener Forderungen
- Abstimmung und Steuerung von Preisen, Lieferzeiten, Sicherheitsbeständen und weiteren Produktinformationen mit Einkauf, Serviceleitung und relevanten Fachbereichen
Qualifikationen für die Rolle
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im technischen Serviceumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Koordination von Serviceaufträgen, Dienstleistern oder externen Partnern sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen
- Sicherer Umgang mit kaufmännischen Prozessen und IT-Systemen, idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP sowie in der Stammdatenverwaltung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden, Servicepartnern und internen Fachbereichen
- Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke, technisches Verständnis sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
