We’re looking for a Solutions & Analytics Analyst – Pricing to join our Revenue & Commercial team in Abu Dhabi.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through technology and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on with coding, scripting, data analysis, and solution development.

You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping design, develop, test, and continuously improve the systems and tools that support our pricing operations. From building internal prototypes and automating processes to collaborating with technology vendors and supporting business users, you’ll play an important role in making our commercial systems smarter and more effective.

We’re particularly interested in individuals who bring strong technical and analytical capabilities, curiosity about emerging technologies, and an interest in how AI and automation can transform business processes.

Previous airline or pricing experience would be an advantage, but it’s not essential. We’re equally interested in talented individuals from other industries who can bring fresh thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop scripts, prototypes, analytical tools, and automation solutions to improve pricing processes, system functionality, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Pricing and Revenue Management teams to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Support the development, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of pricing and Revenue Management systems.
• Collaborate with external technology vendors to develop enhancements, resolve technical issues, and deliver new system capabilities.
• Investigate system issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate fixes to ensure effective performance and a positive user experience.
• Analyze operational data, system performance, and pricing activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models to support business decisions and performance monitoring.
• Explore opportunities to apply AI, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to improve pricing solutions and automate existing processes.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, system enhancements, and releases, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
• Support business users through technical guidance, documentation, training, and ongoing system improvements.
• Work collaboratively with Revenue Management, Pricing, Technology, Digital, and other commercial stakeholders to deliver innovative, practical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a technically capable, analytical problem-solver who enjoys both developing solutions and working directly with the people who use them.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant knowledge and capability.
• Hands-on experience with programming, scripting, data analysis, or technical solution development, ideally using tools such as Python, SQL, or R.
• Experience developing or supporting analytical models, dashboards, automation tools, prototypes, or business applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues and translate findings into practical solutions.
• The confidence and technical ability to work directly with code and data, rather than simply overseeing technical projects.
• The ability to understand business requirements and collaborate with users, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• A proactive, collaborative approach, with attention to detail, ownership, and a genuine desire to learn and improve.

It would also be great if you have:

• Experience applying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics to business problems, or exposure to AI-enabled solutions and their implementation.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, cloud-based data platforms, or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, including system testing, troubleshooting, user support, and vendor coordination.
• Exposure to airline Revenue Management, pricing, fare management, forecasting, or optimization.
• Familiarity with airline pricing platforms such as Airnguru, ATPCO, PROS, or Amadeus.
• An understanding of agile delivery, change management, and continuous process improvement.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process for this position will involve the following steps:

1. Applications will be reviewed by a human-member of our Recruitment Team
2. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete an AI-lead video interview via our third-party platform. This interview will allow you to record your responses to a range of questions related to the position and will allow you to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in a way that just your CV alone would not be able to. It also ensures fairness for you and all candidates, as all of our shortlisted candidates are asked the same questions and assessed on their responses. Whilst AI is utilized as part of the process, all responses will be reviewed by a human member of our recruitment team
3. After a review of completed AI interviews, shortlisted candidates will be invited to an initial technical interview with the hiring manager. 
4. Finalists will be invited to a follow-up interview with additional members of the hiring team. This stage will involve the completion and presentation of a related business case.
5. All candidates will be notified as to the status of their application as soon as is possible.
