Spec-in Sales Representative, Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division

Job Description:

3M’s Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division provides industrial tape and adhesive solutions to customers across the automotive and transportation, appliance, metalworking, construction, and general industrial assembly markets.
The Spec-in Sales Representative will work with customers from the design and development stages to identify technical requirements, recommend appropriate 3M solutions, and drive the specification of 3M products into customer designs and manufacturing processes

Job description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer projects in Busan and the Gyeongsang region.(부산, 경남지역 담당)

• Understand customer applications, technical requirements, and manufacturing processes, and recommend appropriate industrial tape and adhesive solutions.

• Build productive relationships with customer stakeholders in design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and other relevant functions.

• Provide technical and commercial support to customer design centers, manufacturing sites, and Tier suppliers.

• Manage customer projects from opportunity identification and specification through commercialization.

• Use the company’s sales processes and CRM system to manage accounts, projects, and sales opportunities.

• Monitor customer and market developments to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and cross-functional teams to address customer requirements

• 부산 및 경상 지역 산업 고객을 대상으로 신규 영업 기회와 프로젝트 발굴

• 고객의 기술적 요구사항과 적용 공정을 분석하여 적합한 산업용 테이프 및 접착제 솔루션 제안

• 고객사의 설계·개발·생산·구매 담당자 및 Tier 공급업체와 협업

• Design Center, 제조 현장 및 협력업체를 대상으로 기술적·상업적 지원 제공

• 신규 프로젝트를 Spec-in 단계부터 상용화 단계까지 관리

• 영업 프로세스와 CRM 시스템을 활용하여 고객, 프로젝트 및 영업 기회 관리

• 시장과 고객 동향을 파악하여 성장 기회 발굴

• 내부 기술, 마케팅 및 유관 조직과 협업하여 고객 요구사항 대응 

Qualification

• Bechelor's degree or above

• Min. 2 years of experience in relevant field or sales

• Experience in technical sales, sales, engineering, product development, or a related field.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in and support customers across Busan and the Gyeongsang region.

• Strong ownership, initiative, and commitment to achieving sales objectives.

• Experience with industrial tapes, adhesives, or related materials.

• Sales, technical, or product development experience with automotive OEMs or Tier suppliers.

• Experience in the appliance, construction, metalworking, heavy industry, or general industrial markets.

• Experience using a CRM system to manage accounts and sales opportunities.

• Project management experience involving multiple stakeholders.

• Understanding of industrial markets and manufacturing processes.

• 학사 이상

• 유관분야 경력 2년 이상인 자

• 기술영업, 영업, 엔지니어링, 제품개발 또는 관련 업무 경험

• 고객 요구사항을 파악하고 적합한 솔루션을 제안할 수 있는 역량

• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 유관부서 협업 역량

• 부산 및 경상 지역에서 근무하고 고객사를 지원할 수 있는 자

• 책임감과 주도성을 바탕으로 영업 목표를 추진할 수 있는 자

Condition

• Type: 정규직 (수습기간 3개월)

• Location: 부산 혹은 경상지역 리모트 근무 형태
