The Amazon Candidate Connection Services (ACCS) Global Content team is looking for a detail-oriented Content Specialist to own and manage agent-facing and candidate-facing knowledge content across multiple markets and platforms. In this role, you will author, maintain, optimize, and validate knowledge base articles, communication templates, and AI-ingested content that enables support for candidates throughout the hiring process.

You will work cross-functionally with program managers, subject matter experts, and country specialists to deliver clear, actionable content that drives agent efficiency and improves the candidate experience across a global operation spanning multiple countries, contact channels, and languages.

Success in this role means markets have accurate, up-to-date agent-facing content for every launch and process change.

Key job responsibilities
- Author, update, and maintain knowledge base articles, communication templates, and chatbot content covering internal hiring processes and candidate FAQs across multiple global markets
- Support country launches and content preparation, including platform migrations
- Localize and adapt content for assigned markets — translating process changes from SMEs and program teams into clear, actionable, agent-ready content adapted for country-specific requirements
- Triage and prioritize incoming content requests from cross-functional stakeholders, including time-sensitive updates with strict SLA requirements
- Partner with program managers, quality teams, and country specialists to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with operational priorities
- Publish and manage content within multiple content management systems, maintaining version control and content lifecycle standards across platforms with distinct authoring interfaces and governance models
- Contribute to quality improvements by identifying content gaps and proposing improvements
- Support AI-assisted content workflows, including validating outputs from content adaptation tools and ensuring quality standards are met

A day in the life
You'll balance reactive and proactive work daily, triaging urgent process changes that need same-day turnaround alongside longer-term content builds for platform launches. Expect collaboration with program managers and country specialists across time zones, leveraging AI tools to draft and adapt content for new markets, and validating outputs to ensure accuracy and quality. You'll have autonomy to manage your own workload and prioritize across competing requests.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Content Management, Knowledge Base, Localization, Prompt Engineering, and Cms. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
  • Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list — this role treats it as a required part of the job.
