Key job responsibilities
制御設計・開発（40%）
自動化装置・MHEの制御設計および制御プログラム開発を行います。制御観点から電気・メカ設計をレビューしフィードバックを提供します。設備のクオリフィケーション（据付・稼働・スループット検証）を行います。システム問題の解決、FC現場でのコミッショニング・デバッグを行います。
プロジェクトマネジメント（30%）
担当する制御プロジェクトを一貫してマネジメントします。スケジュール・スコープ・コストの計画・管理、時間・品質・リソースのトレードオフ判断、成功指標の定義、リスクの先行軽減、社内ステークホルダーおよび外部ベンダーとの調整を行います。
ベンダー検証・ドキュメント作成（20%）
ベンダー制御プログラムの検証・受入テスト、制御仕様書の作成・レビュー、ベンダーマネジメントおよび技術交渉をリードします。
プロセス改善・採用・メンタリング（10%）
チーム内およびクロスチームのプロセス改善に貢献します。採用活動に参加し、後輩エンジニアをメンタリングします。
Basic qualifications
- 産業用制御システムの設計・開発経験（5年以上）
- PLCプログラミング（ST、LD等）やロボティクスまたはMHEの制御に関する実務経験
- スケジュール・スコープ・コストに責任を持つプロジェクトマネジメント経験
- ベンダーマネジメント・技術交渉の経験
- 日本語と英語の口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力（ビジネスレベル）
Preferred qualifications
- 制御システムのライフサイクル全般（仕様策定・プログラミング・テスト・コミッショニング・保守）における5年以上の実務経験
- 電気回路図およびメカ設計図の読解スキル
- SoftPLCまたはクラウド連携型制御プラットフォームの経験
- 搬送・仕分け・統合セルシステムの制御設計経験
- AWS / IoT / エッジコンピューティングの経験
