Above all, you lead with a customer-centric mindset and a bias for building solutions that scale.

Own and improve supply chain performance across your portfolio, translating KPI trends into clear actions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Identify and deliver improvement opportunities across buying, demand planning, and inventory positioning, applying AI where it can unlock sharper insights and better decisions.
Build scalable systems, processes, and automation that reduce manual work, improve decision quality, and enable the business to grow efficiently.
Partner with vendors and internal teams to improve cost structure, profitability, and supply chain efficiency, influencing roadmaps through data-backed recommendations.
Deliver supply chain insights and narratives that shape business reviews and strategic decisions with Senior Leadership.
Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Vendor, and Customer Success Managers to deliver impact and raise the bar on customer experience.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of with Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience working with complex data sets
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
- Experience with SQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
