How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.

Questions you could be asked

  1. How do you decide when an AI agent can act on its own versus asking for approval first?
  2. Tell me about a project where technical writing was part of your work. What did you do?
  3. Tell me about a project where medical devices was part of your work. What did you do?
  4. Tell me about a project where regulatory submissions was part of your work. What did you do?
  5. Tell me about a project where content strategy was part of your work. What did you do?

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: AI Agents, Technical Writing, Medical Devices, Regulatory Submissions, and Content Strategy. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
  • Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list — this role treats it as a required part of the job.
