Role
We are looking for a Staff DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our team. This is a Hybrid (3 days a week on-site in Mohali) role, reporting to the Director, Product Revenue in the Product Operations department.
This individual contributor role owns DevOps, AWS infrastructure, release reliability, security hygiene, and platform maintainability for a business-critical internal platform while leveraging practical AI-assisted development workflows to improve delivery speed and quality.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Own DevOps, CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, logging, production support, and operational reliability for an existing business-critical internal platform
- Manage and improve AWS infrastructure using Terraform, including secure access controls, integrations, secrets practices, and infrastructure hygiene
- Ensure weekly releases are safe through testing, rollback planning, monitoring, post-release checks, and continuous improvements to release reliability
- Improve code quality, performance, documentation, test coverage, engineering hygiene, and platform maintainability across APIs, workflows, dashboards, and integrations
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, automation, and testing while helping define practical guardrails for safe AI-based development and partnering with Product Operations stakeholders to translate platform needs into reliable technical execution
Who You Are (Success Profile)
- You thrive in ambiguity. You're comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
- You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range: the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- You are a problem-solver. You love running towards the challenges because you are laser-focused on finding the solution, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
- You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
- You are a learner. You have a true growth mindset and are obsessed with your own development, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- 5–6 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure, SRE, software engineering, or a related role
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, deployments, logging, and production support
- Practical full-stack development experience with technologies such as Python, Node.js, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, or similar
- Experience improving release reliability, application performance, code hygiene, documentation, test coverage, and operational stability
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience implementing AI-assisted engineering workflows, autonomous agents, or LLM-powered platform automation to accelerate developer productivity and system reliability
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS/ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, RDS, S3, or API Gateway
- Experience integrating with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Slack, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, or similar

- List these exact terms on your resume: AI agents, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, and AI Assisted Coding. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them. A tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
