Over de functie

Als Stagiair Moulding bij ABB krijg je de kans om praktijkervaring op te doen binnen een moderne productieomgeving. Je ondersteunt verschillende verbeterprojecten op het gebied van procesoptimalisatie, automatisering en digitalisering. Samen met ervaren collega's werk je aan oplossingen die bijdragen aan een efficiëntere en toekomstbestendige werkomgeving.

Dit ga je doen

Ondersteunen bij kwaliteits- en productiewerkzaamheden.
Meewerken aan projecten gericht op procesverbetering en efficiënter werken.
Leren hoe machines, technische installaties en productieprocessen functioneren.
Meedenken over digitaliserings- en automatiseringsoplossingen.
Onderzoeken en realiseren van verbeteringen op de werkvloer.
Samenwerken met collega's uit productie, techniek en projectteams.

Dit breng je mee

Je volgt een technische opleiding op mbo-niveau of zit in het laatste jaar van de middelbare school.
Interesse in techniek, productieprocessen en machines.
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
Een proactieve houding en de durf om vragen te stellen.
Zelfstandigheid in het oppakken en uitvoeren van opdrachten.
Goede samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
Een oplossingsgerichte en nieuwsgierige instelling.
Zorgvuldigheid in de omgang met machines, gereedschappen en technische installaties.
Bereidheid om te werken volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen.

Wat kun je bij ons ontwikkelen?

Deze stage biedt je de mogelijkheid om waardevolle technische en professionele vaardigheden op te bouwen. Je krijgt onder andere de kans om:

Inzicht te krijgen in machines, productieprocessen en technische installaties.

Ervaring op te doen met elektrotechniek, automatisering en digitalisering.

Te werken binnen een echte productieomgeving.

Zelfstandig werkzaamheden te plannen en uit te voeren.

Verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor eigen taken en projecten.

Prioriteiten te stellen en deadlines te bewaken.

Professioneel te communiceren met managers en andere collega's.

Een leuke en uitdagende afstudeerstage waarin je de mogelijkheid krijgt om mee te werken in een internationale organisatie. Bovendien bieden wij een leuke stagevergoeding 500 euro op basis van 40 uur en MBO niveau. Hiernaast kan je rekenen op een vaste vrije dag per maand. Reiskosten? Geen probleem. Wij vergoeden naast jouw studenten-OV 50% van de reiskosten.

De standplaats waar jij je werkzaamheden gaat verrichten is Rotterdam.
