Marsh組織の中で企業のリスクコンサルティングに特化をした部署。
包括的リスク管理および危機管理－戦略立案から計画・分析・構築－を行うことにより、リスクマネジメントコンサルティング、防災プログラム（リスクコントロール）、BCM（事業継続マネジメント）構築支援など、リスク軽減策および企業価値の維持・強化策の策定を支援します。

【We need to count on you to / 主な業務内容】

ストラテジックリスクコンサルティングサービスの提供

事業継続マネジメント（BCM）、エンタープライズリスクマネジメント（ERM）、緊急対応、危機管理・広報、海外安全危機管理などリスクコンサルティングサービスの実施
具体的には、事業継続計画（BCP）レビュー・新規策定支援、BCP／危機管理教育・訓練の提供、リスクの洗い出しや評価、リスク対応施策立案・導入支援・リスクマネジメントプログラム構築支援など

【What you need to have / 求める経験スキル】

リスクマネジメント体制構築支援のコンサルティング経験（ERM、BCM）、または事業会社におけるリスクマネジメント体制構築、導入・運用の経験
チーム（プロジェクトマネジャー/メンバー問わず）でプロジェクトをすすめた経験
英語：ビジネスレベル
PC：MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint中級以上

Big4およびそれに準ずるコンサルティングファーム経験者
英語力：上級レベル、海外留学/駐在経験者
資格：DRIインターナショナル（DRII）、ビジネスコンティニュイティインスティテュート（BCI）、ISO22301審査員資格、事業継続推進機構（BCAO）、CISA, CISSP, システム監査技術者、防災士等保有者
社内外の人物を巻き込むことができる高いコミュニケーション能力
論理的思考、クリティカルシンキングでものごとを考えることが好きな方
インプットが早く、新しいことを貪欲に吸収する学習欲
