Structural BIM Technician/Modeler

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structural BIM models in accordance with project standards and BEP requirements.

• Produce drawings, sheets, plans, sections, details, schedules, and annotations from the BIM model of the structural system.

• Support multidisciplinary coordination, clash resolution, and model updates.

• Ensure consistency of view templates, scales, sheet standards, and title blocks.

• Assist with model audits, warnings management, and general model health checks.

• Coordinate with engineers to ensure the model reflects current design intent accurately.

• Assist with submission packages and drawing issue workflows.

• Contribute to continuous improvement in BIM standards, families, templates, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.

• 1 -3 years of structural BIM / Revit experience.

• Good knowledge of Revit-based structural documentation.

• Understanding of structural drawings, detailing conventions, and coordination workflows.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work closely with project teams.
