Deine Rolle bei uns im Team
- Unterstützung des Qualitätsmanagements im administrativen Tagesgeschäft
- Pflege und Verwaltung von QM-Dokumenten (zB Arbeitsanweisungen, Prozessbeschreibungen)
- Vorbereitung, Nachbereitung und Dokumentation von internen Qualitätskontrollen
- Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen, Berichten und Präsentationen
- Mitarbeit bei Schulungen und internen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zu QM-relevanten Themen
Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn ...
- Du im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Information/etc. studierst
- Du bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren administrativen Funktion sammeln konntest
- Du sehr gute MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) Kenntnisse mitbringst
- Du sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch sprichst
- Du sehr strukturiert, selbstständig und gewissenhaft arbeitest
- Du Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit mitbringst
