Corporate Marketing & Business Intelligence

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a team supporting Corporate Marketing and Business Intelligence operations. The role oversees day-to-day service delivery, workforce capacity, workload prioritization, performance management, and operational quality to ensure efficient and reliable support to business stakeholders.

The Supervisor provides people leadership, coaching, and operational direction while working closely with Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence specialists to ensure business requirements, priorities, and deliverables are effectively managed. The role also drives stakeholder collaboration, process improvements, and the adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance service quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Working in partnership with the Operations Manager and business stakeholders, the Supervisor promotes team accountability, continuous development, and operational excellence while supporting evolving business needs.

Key Accountabilities

People & Team Leadership

•  Lead, coach, and develop Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence team members.

•  Manage performance, development, onboarding, engagement, attendance, and team coverage.

•  Build a collaborative and accountable team culture that encourages ownership, learning, and knowledge sharing.

Operations & Service Delivery

•  Manage workload, priorities, resource allocation, and team capacity to meet agreed quality and turnaround expectations.

•  Monitor team performance and operational KPIs, address delivery risks, and handle escalations.

•  Ensure processes, documentation, tools, and operational standards are consistently followed.

Corporate Marketing / Digital Marketing

•  Oversee Digital Marketing delivery, including intake, prioritization, campaign coordination, stakeholder communication, and quality.

•  Work with stakeholders and marketers to translate business priorities into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.

•  Support improvements in marketing processes, tools, automation, and ways of working.

Business Intelligence

•  Oversee BI services such as reporting, dashboards, recurring insights, and ad hoc analysis.

•  Help clarify business requirements, priorities, KPI definitions, timelines, and expected outputs.

•  Promote data quality, reporting consistency, clear documentation, and actionable insights.

Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement

•  Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear updates on priorities, capacity, risks, and team performance.

•  Partner with stakeholders and the Operations Manager on workforce planning, service improvements, and changing business needs.

•  Lead process improvement and encourage automation and AI-enabled tools where they improve quality, efficiency, or capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience leading or supervising teams in marketing operations, digital marketing, business intelligence, analytics, shared services, or a similar environment.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, performance management, workload management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing operations and the campaign lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of BI and analytics concepts such as reporting, dashboards, data quality, KPIs, and business requirements. Deep technical BI expertise is not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Organized, proactive, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled workflows is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule and align with supported stakeholders as required.
