Principales Responsabilidades:
•Gestionar Elaboración de informes de actividades asignadas.
•Realiza entrenamiento técnico de equipo de la línea de su especialidad.
•Asistencia de Post-Venta de equipos y partes para problemas medio-complejos.
•Realiza la Evaluación de equipos de campo.
•Realiza Servicios Facturados de Mantenimientos
•Programados y de fallas Mediano-Complejas.
•Elaboración de informes para cliente y jefatura superior, incluyendo las recomendaciones de repuestos.
•Lidera grupos de trabajo de reparaciones intermedias del cliente.
•Contactarse directamente con el cliente para la realización del Servicio.
•Contribuye a lograr las metas de los Indicadores de Gestión establecidos por la Gerencia del área.
•Como parte de su función, necesitará manejar para hacer visitas a clientes o traslados, razón por la que tendrán vehículos asignados eventualmente.
Requisitos:
•Contar con titulo profesional o tecnico o grado bachiller de las siguientes carreras:
ingeniería mecánica, ingeniería eléctrica o carreras afines.
•Tener 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
•Contar con dominio de inglés técnico básico (deseable).
