PwC TLS è alla ricerca di laureandi/neolaureati in discipline economiche/giuridiche e/o giovani professionisti che abbiano maturato 1-3 anni di esperienza in ambito Transfer Pricing.

L'attività che si andrà a svolgere è focalizzata sulla consulenza fiscale a gruppi societari multinazionali, sia italiani sia di matrice estera, con particolare riferimento a:

approfondimento delle tematiche di fiscalità internazionale;
analisi economiche a supporto dei prezzi di trasferimento;
definizione delle politiche relative ai prezzi di trasferimento e supporto nelle operazioni cross border di riorganizzazione;
analisi dei contratti che regolano le operazioni infragruppo;
predisposizione della documentazione sui prezzi di trasferimento, Master file e Local File;
assistenza in verifiche fiscali e procedure di risoluzione delle controversie, a livello nazionale e internazionale;
consulenza in materia di Patent Box.

La buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e le capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team sono considerate fondamentali.
