· Formación universitaria en Contaduría Pública, Administración, Economía, Finanzas, Ciencias Fiscales, o carreras afines, valorándose estudios de especialización o posgrado en materia tributaria, fiscal o áreas relacionadas.
· Sólida experiencia y conocimiento de impuestos nacionales, normativa tributaria y sus implicaciones contables y financieras, de minimo 5 años.
· Actualización permanente en materia tributaria, incluyendo reformas, criterios y tendencias relevantes.
· Capacidad para identificar, analizar y gestionar riesgos fiscales, así como atender requerimientos y procesos de fiscalización.
· Capacidad de liderazgo, desarrollo de equipos, planificación y toma de decisiones.
· Pensamiento analítico, orientación a resultados, proactividad y capacidad de resolución.
· Comunicación efectiva y capacidad de interlocución transversal con las distintas áreas de la organización.
· Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas colaborativas de Google Workspace.
· Conocimiento y utilización de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial, análisis de datos y automatización, con capacidad para identificar oportunidades de aplicación dentro de los procesos tributarios.
