Basic qualifications

- 2年以上の管理職経験（KPI管理・分析経験、及び人事考課含む）
- ビジネスレベル英語の読解力、文書作成能力、他部署を含む同僚との会話能力（TOEIC 650以上）
- 基本的なPC操作（Word, Excel, Outlook等）
- コンプライアンス重視の業務遂行力
- 学士号（専攻不問）

Preferred qualifications

- プロセス改善・品質管理の経験
- トレー二ング資料のSOP（標準作業手順書）作成経験
- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
- グローバルチームと円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる英語力
- 国際的な職場環境での組織運営・人材育成の経験
- AI・音声技術関連の実務経験 * 言語学または関連分野の学位
