This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Customer Engineer (Product Support) based in United States.

This role serves as a key technical escalation point for complex customer issues involving integrations, APIs, authentication, and deployments.
You’ll combine software debugging and lightweight development with direct customer engagement to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
Working closely with core engineering teams, you’ll reproduce issues, identify root causes, and help drive durable fixes into production.
The position offers hands-on exposure to identity technologies, cloud infrastructure, modern observability, and distributed systems.
You’ll also help improve support tooling, documentation, integration practices, and internal processes based on recurring customer challenges.
This is an ideal environment for a technically curious problem solver who enjoys moving between code, logs, customer conversations, and engineering workflows.
The role is remote-first, collaborative, and designed for someone who wants meaningful ownership and visible customer impact.

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Software Debugging, Customer Support, Distributed Systems, Api Integration, and Apis. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
