About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Technician to join Engineering at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Complete Work Orders, Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPMs), and Corrective Work Authorizations (CWAs) as assigned.
• Be familiar with and comply with all relevant Engineering Department policies, processes and procedures. 
• Comply with all Engineering Department policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities as directed.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with established quality standards.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
• Proficient in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Oracle, and other related systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with Front Office, Security, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping departments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion of work assignments.
