What are your contributions to the team?

• Maintain and standardize Manufacturing Engineering processes and tools.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate non-value-added activities and optimize Manufacturing Engineering processes.
• Participate in the development and implementation of manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Define technical requirements and coordinate the team's involvement in the maintenance, development, and optimization of the various tools and software applications required to support daily operations.
• Actively participate in project management activities, including planning, schedule tracking, action follow-up, deployment, and user support.
• Work closely with developers as well as Information Technology (IT), Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Production, and other functions.
• Investigate root causes of issues and analyze potential solutions by evaluating the costs, impacts, and risks associated with production changes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and software tools.Provide day-to-day application support to users.

How to thrive in this role?

• You hold a technical college diploma and/or equivalent experience.
• You have 5 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing and aerospace industry; knowledge of aircraft structures, systems, and interior completions is considered an asset.
• You are a strong team player and are recognized for your perseverance and sound judgment.
• You are innovative and possess strong decision-making skills.
• You have a customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• You have strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• You are comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• You have a solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, advanced knowledge of the SAP environment, and experience with Power BI and SQL.
• You are functional in French, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in English is considered an asset.
