Partner Development Manager - Technology Partnerships, AWS（ISV PDM）は、日本発および海外発のテクノロジーパートナー/独立系ソフトウェアベンダー（ISV）とのパートナーシップを構築し、両社を成功に導くビジネス開発担当者です。ISV PDMは、ソフトウェア/SaaSソリューションを持つテクノロジーパートナーに対して、クラウド・コンピューティングを活用したソリューションの構築、共同マーケティングや共同販売の推進、を含むGo-to-Market（GTM）活動を推進します。共同販売には、AWS Marketplaceを活用した拡販も含みます。担当するパートナーとそのAWS上で稼働するソリューションのSubject Matter Expertとなり、パートナー戦略とValue propositionsを深く理解し、GTMプログラムの作成を支援します。
ISV PDMはCustomer Facing Role となり、担当するパートナーの経営陣やチャンピオンおよびAWSの各関係者と連携し、新たなビジネスモデルやソリューション販売について戦略的に考え、行動することが求められます。日本発のパートナーであれば海外展開、海外発のパートナーであれば、その本社Leadershipと、日本でのビジネス展開を協議・推進する機会もあるため、ビジネスレベルの英語ができることが望ましいです。本Role は People Manager ではありません。

Key job responsibilities
・担当するテクノロジーパートナーの窓口として、経営層から担当者まで幅広く信頼関係を築き、パートナーシップ全体に責任を持っていただきます。
・パートナーと一緒に、どの市場・どのお客様に向けてどう売っていくかを考え、共同の事業計画を立てて実行します。
・AWS 営業と協力して新しい商談をつくり、パートナーと AWS が一緒に提案・販売する活動を、商談の発掘から受注まで進めます。
・AWS Marketplace を通じて、パートナーの製品がより多くのお客様に購入されるよう支援します（個別の価格・条件での販売や、販売代理店を通じた販売も含みます）。
・AWS の技術担当（パートナーソリューションアーキテクト）と協力し、パートナーの製品やサービスが AWS 上でより良く動き、他社と差別化できるよう支援します。生成AI を活用した機能づくりの支援も含みます。
・パートナーや AWS 営業と商談の状況を定期的に確認し、進まない原因を見つけて、社内の専門チームと協力して素早く解決します。
・AWS 営業にパートナー製品の強みや提案先を伝え、社内でパートナーを応援してくれる仲間を増やしていきます。
・イベントやキャンペーン、お客様向け説明会などを企画・実施し、AWS のパートナー制度や資金支援も活用しながら、パートナーの成長を後押しします。
・売上や商談数、AWS Marketplace での取引額などの数字を追いかけて報告し、データをもとに取り組みを改善します。
・パートナーの声を AWS 社内に届け、課題があれば関係チームに働きかけて、パートナーとお客様にとってより良い仕組みづくりにつなげます。

Basic qualifications

- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of business agreements development, negotiation and execution experience
- 3+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Japanese Fluency and Business level English

Preferred qualifications

- Experience analyzing data to make business decisions
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
