Must-Have:

A strong foundation in research methodologies and a proven track record of successful research projects.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in utilizing statistical tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
3+ years of experience in applied research, particularly in the field is highly desirable.

Nice-to-Have:

Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools for data analysis and visualization.
A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
