R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In our creative and highly skilled team we develop, design, build and test new concepts and prototypes of physical and digital powertrains or electrical devices.

The circularity of several materials is emerging as key aspect for sustainable technologies. The recovery by recycling needs to be improved and future technical products need to be designed for end-of-life disassembly.

For improving recovery efficiency, de-bondable interfaces would be an enabler for circular designs. Here adhesive is in focus to enable sufficient temperature class but still de-bondable at the end of product service life.

Research topics:

Reversible adhesive for debonding of permanent magnets

- Evaluate adhesive formulations based on chemical, thermal and adhesive properties

- Assessment of de-bonding performance on selected disassembly process/es

Adapt your resume

  • List these exact terms on your resume: Polymer Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Materials Science, and Adhesives. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
  • Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
